COMBERTON YOUNG FARMERS

This Young Farmers year, Comberton YFC have increased our member base, giving us more of a competitive edge with almost all of our members turning upto every event.
We have participated in multiple fundrasing events, rasing over £900 for charity and our club.
We had a strong start to the year by winning the best AGM in the county and we recieved and increase of interest in the club from our new members night.
Comberton have been more involved nationally too we have had members competing in the Jump Rope and Disco Dancing Competitions. We also won several awards and becoming more of a threat to award holders.
Through the rest of the year we have had many events including a Live Challenges Night and a Tour of a Glass Blowing Factory.
We hosted a County Stock Judging Competition at Wimpole Home Farm where members of the public we able to observe what Young Farmers get up too. This Managed to gain more interest in Young Farmers and we were able to recruit new members for the remainder of the year. We hope to keep seeing them in the future!
